One For All is among the strongest known Quirks in the world of My Hero Academia. It was created when All For One gave a power stockpiling Quirk to his brother, whom he thought to be Quirkless. In reality, his brother had a Quirk that allowed power to be passed on to another.

Together, the two powers came to be known as One For All. Over the years, this Quirk has had many powerful users, such as All Might. However, its true power has bloomed only under Izuku Midoriya. Here are 10 powers that One For All offers.

10 Blackwhip

Blackwhip is a Quirk that was formerly wielded by the sixth user of One For All, Diagoro Banjo. This Quirk can now be manifested through One For All, and it is much stronger than it used to be when Diagoro had its powers.

Blackwhip allows the user to produce energy tendrils from their body and control them accordingly. It may not be the strongest of abilities, but it is quite useful in combat.

9 Float

Float was the Quirk of the seventh user of One For All, Nana Shimura. This Quirk allows the user to levitate and is, thus, quite a rare power in the world of My Hero Academia. Just like Blackwhip, this Quirk is now accessible through One For All. Izuku hasn't unlocked its powers quite yet, but, in time, he'll be able to use Nana Shimura's power as well.

8 Quirk Boost

One For All is a power that has been passed down from generation to generation. This Quirk has acquired powers like Blackwhip and Float over the years, but that's not all. What's truly frightening is the fact that One For All grows stronger each time it is passed down, meaning the powers of the other Quirks that are within One For All is also boosted.

7 Super Strength

Thanks to the Quirk being able to stockpile strength, One For All is quite devastating in combat. It allows the user to unleash strikes capable of mass destruction.

A full-power punch from One For All is powerful enough to vaporize things in its path. What's more, All Might displayed the ability to completely change the weather with just one of his punches.

6 Super Speed

Just like One For All boosts the strength of the user, it also boosts the speed to incredibly high levels. At full-power, it is nearly impossible for an average Quirk user to keep up with the speed of One For All.

All Might could travel great distances in a matter of seconds thanks to this power. Izuku Midoriya is also able to do the same, though he hasn't gained full mastery of this power, meaning that he isn't quite as fast.

5 Air Shockwaves

One For All is a Quirk best suited to close combat. However, that's not to say that it is one-dimensional in terms of what it offers. Izuku Midoriya uses this Quirk quite well from a distance through a super-moves with Air Force. These attacks produce air shockwaves powerful enough to tear through buildings at full-power. Even at lower power levels, Air Force is strong enough to subdue your average villain with ease.

4 Durability

All the users of One For All gain tremendous durability thanks to the physical boost that it offers. All Might was a prime example of this power as he could tank incredibly powerful attacks with little to no trouble.

During his fight against All For One, he was able to tank a barrage of Air Cannons powerful enough to vaporize the surroundings completely, which just goes to show that One For All is truly incredible.

3 Flight

One For All is one of the very few Quirks that grant flight to the user. Usually, the user can utilize the physical boost offered by the Quirk to jump in a way that makes the user flies for kilometers. However, what's interesting is that Izuku Midoriya can do that and utilize the power of the Float Quirk as well, strengthening him two-fold.

2 Pass On Power/Remain Alive

While other Quirk users die and their powers just wither away, One For All is quite different. This Quirk can be passed on willingly from one person to another, and, in doing so, the core of this Quirk gets even stronger.

What's more, a part of the user stays alive within the Quirk, as seen when Izuku was able to meet the vestiges of One For All within his Quirk. If Izuku passes on this power to someone else, a part of him will be alive within the Quirk, as well.

1 Remaining Unknown Quirks

Float and Blackwhip aren't the only two Quirks that One For All offers to the user. This Quirk has had eight users before Izuku Midoriya, two of which were Quirkless, just like him.

Already knowing about two Quirks, Izuku will eventually go on to gain the powers of four more Quirks that are currently unknown. This just goes to show that One For All is the strongest Quirk there is in the series.
